Happy Christmas

Hello everybody. This is The Daily Bone and I'm your humble doggie reporter Chester L. W. Spaniel along with my colleague Joseph (Joey dog) Spaniel. We hope you're having a wonderful Christmas Day!

Our ghostwriter has a nasty cold, so she is sitting at home with us in the quiet house. Everybody else is at our favorite miniature human, Ryan's house opening presents. Outside it is very windy, cloudy, and not particularly cold. We have no snow at all!

After weeks of Christmas songs on the radio and in every store, we thought you might enjoy some of my ghostwriter's favorite songs from her vast collection of international music. They are in all different languages!

This last one is one of Grandma Elsie's favorite songs to play at Christmas time. In our house, it wouldn't be Christmas without it!

Time for a cup of chai and a good nap! Happy holidays!

  1. Merry Christmas. Interesting collections - better get a glass or two of wine first. It's partly cloudy, sunny and cold outside (40 degrees F). "Kids" are happy though - chewing on stuffies or eating. Hope that everyone is happy down your way. Sorry about the cold. Hope you feel better soon.

  2. Wishing you and your family happy holiday. Have a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous and joyous New Year.

    Best wishes Molly & Family

  3. Merry Christmas, Chester and Joey! We hope your Ghostwriter feels better soon!

    Love ya lots♥
    Mitch and Molly

  4. Merry Christmas to all of yu!
Feel better real soon Mrs. Chester&Joey!

  5. Crikey ...... your poor Mum had to stay home on Christmas Day!! That's no good but it was VERY good of you to stay home with her. What good blokes you two are, aye?? We had a wonderful Christmas. It wasn't quiet like yours but sometimes quiet's good, aye??

  6. Hope you had a Merry Christmas! Mom was sick too with a bad cold :( She still had to go be with the other Beans though, Gram said so. Hopefully they don't all get sick MOL!

  7. Sorry that cold hit at an inopportune time...shucks.
I know you pups did good job keeping your mom company. Hey, that cold made your Christmas less lonely, becse you didn't have to stay home while all the peeps left:)

Hope your Mom feels a lot better, really soon.

That sure is an eclectic collection of music! OMD (Growlmy only recognized the Sibelius, BOL!)
