Our Chilly Day

This is The Daily Bone coming to you on a cold wintry day. I’m your robust and well insulated doggie host Chester L. W. Spaniel along with my hardy and shaggy-coated colleague Joseph (Joey dog) Spaniel. We are warm and cozy inside the house right now.

If you’ve been following us for the last couple days, you’d know we have snow. Here’s a picture of the storm yesterday afternoon.

However, it turned out that, unlike our neighbor Buffalo NY that got buried under several feet of snow, we only got a few inches. Here’s a great photo of the storm clouds over Lake Erie with the Niagara River in the foreground. Thanks Uncle John in N. Tonawanda for this shot!

It's supposed to warm up by Sunday and all the snow will soon melt.

We'd better enjoy it while we can!

The high winds blew an alien squeaky ball into the next door neighbor’s yard.

Tracks in the snow.

Hey Dad, what's that thing? Can we ride on it?

    1. Welcome Maggie and Duke! Thanks for visiting us!

We're glad we didn't get snowed in. But it's real cold tonight! You'd think it was the middle of January instead of November!

  8. Yes, growlmy said there was a thin layer of ice underneath our snow blanket too.
Pawppy is coming home in a couple days, and he hopes the snow will be gone, BOL! Not if we lived in your area...well in Buffalo. How on earth does anything get started on the clean up there...and how many roofs are going to cave in. Yikes!
