Odds and Ends Tuesday

Good evening friends. This is The Daily Bone and I'm your humble doggie host Chester L. W. Spaniel along with me esteemed colleague Joseph (Joey dog) Spaniel.

We just have a few local news items for today. First up, here's what we found in our own back yard today:

Get Fuzzy!

We're thinking there are more of these fuzzy yellow caterpillars up in our wonderful majestic silver maple tree, and that they're the ones cutting leaves down. No, it's not squirrels this time! But that doesn't mean they're off the hook for other mischief!

I'm watching you, squirrels!
Now it's time for Joey's yum yum report.

Fifty pounds of food have arrived. No food shortages here!
Teriyaki salmon, nishiki rice, and steamed vegies. Yum.

Our guest culinary reporter Charlee Puppy submitted a couple food photos for our vicarious enjoyment.

Chinese take-out.
Soft boiled egg. Yum.
And now for the fashion page. Apparently funny hats are all the rage for the young ladies in our family.

Wildlife Update: Charlee also submitted pictures of these crazy ducks in her hometown,
 Boca Raton Florida.

And finally, here's a heart-warming doggie video. This is The Daily Bone signing off. See you tomorrow.

  4. The duck pictures were sent to us by our Jessy who moved to Florida a couple years ago. She says these ducks like to live in the mall parking lots.
