Monday Evening News

Greetings loyal readers. This is The Daily Bone and I'm your astute doggie reporter
Chester L. W. Spaniel. Today is April fourth.

I SAID APRIL 4TH!

Can you believe all this snow?

Might as well enjoy it!

Check out the giant icicles hanging from our house! We hope our good friend Charlie in Australia liked seeing these.

Ghostwriter felt sorry for the Stodgy Robin Society. There aren't any hawthorn berries left, and the grass is all covered up with snow, so they can't catch worms.

She saw them picking around at the edge of the driveway and under the bushes. But seriously, the other day I watched one of those robins hopping around the back yard before the snow fell. I counted at least seven great big worms it caught and gobbled up within five minutes! I'm pretty sure the robins are all fat enough to survive a few days of snowy weather!

Personally, I feel more sorry for all the little spring peepers who were singing so nicely before the cold weather hit. They don't exactly have nice fluffy feathers to keep them warm!

Now we have some news from our associates at other locations.

Tibi decided to hibernate until the snow melts.

Pixie is traveling with her Dad to warmer climes.

Miss Charlee in Florida can't wait to tell us what her humans have been up to!

Catching fishies!

Big fishies.

Little fishies.

Medium fishies.

Watch out! Here comes the alligator to eat the fishies!

Last night at the nursing home, ghostwriter met a wonderful little puppy named Gracie who's learning to become a therapy doggie. Hooray for Gracie!! Ghostwriter wants to remind all of our Blogville friends again how important it is for people in long term care to have doggies, kitty cats, and other pets come and visit them. Visit your local nursing home today!

We found a perfect funny for our friend Abby Lab:

And after reading what the Lone Star cats did to the blueberry muffins on the counter,
I present this video:

Bwahahahahahahaha!
