Good afternoon. This is The Daily Bone and I'm your contemplative doggie host Chester L. W. Spaniel, along with my introspective colleague Joseph (Joey dog) Spaniel.
Today we don't have much time to write a studious treatise of global importance since our ghost writer has to go to work—again!—soon. But we cannot overlook a few important things going on in the news the last couple days.
First of all, there was a march in NY City by a whole lot of environmental supporters who left a gigantic mess in their wake. The climate of this planet has been changing for billions of years! As I've always said, the best thing you can do is be personally responsible with how you live and what you buy and use. Recycle, walk and bike when you can, stop buying so much junk that has to be shipped from the other side of the world, turn the lights off when you're not in a room, and start a compost pile in your back yard.
The other big issue is that our country finally doing something about those terrorists in Syria and Iraq. I don't know about you, but I still think filling the bombs with squeaky toys would do the most good. How can you be angry and hateful if you have a wonderful squeaky toy?
Think about it.
