Saturday Yummies

Greetings friends and fans. This is The Daily Bone and I'm your dedicated doggie reporter
Chester L. W. Spaniel.

As you can see I'm still keeping a close eye on ghostwriter after her knee operation last Thursday.
She's feeling a lot better today, and wants to thank everyone for their well wishes and POTP. It really helped a lot!

Yum!

I'm also keeping a watch on the yum yum situation. Here's a grilled sandwich with ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and tomatoes. Dad is doing the cooking, which he does most of the time anyway, and has been serving up his classic favorites this week.

Chicken, rice, and asparagus. Simple but satisfying.

Beef stew with green beans, and egg noodles. An old favorite.

Tuna casserole, with mixed steamed vegies. Dad's secret recipe.

Hey, what's this stuff?

Oh. Tempura shrimp sushi. Meh.

For some reason, I just never liked shrimp.

Here's our honorary photo of my esteemed late colleague Joseph (Joey dog) Spaniel performing his favorite food watching duties.

Grilled bratwurst, parsley potatoes, green beans. Amazing!

And now for the food-related funnies:

Dog Eat Doug

I hear it's supposed to warm up tomorrow.

Think positive.

Pawppy can cook too, but he doesn't do too much by way of fancy fare...
