No Mud!

Hello friends and fans everywhere! This is The daily Bone and I'm your diligent doggie reporter Chester L. W. Spaniel on location in our yard.

I have been hunting for mud. With the extra cold weather and the amount of snow we have in our yard, I'm getting a bit worried that I might not have any mud to show by March 23 for "Guys Night Out."

Oh, here's some. But it's not very much.

This is a bit worrisome.

Oh, and for some reason, ghostwriter wanted to show the pictures she took of a little puddle with water dripping into it. She said to mention that she used her regular old cell phone camera for these.

  5. If you really want some mud, head to our neck of the woods - we have plenty. Mom has locked it up behind some no-sibe fences, but we might be able to figure out a way to get in there.

    1. The camera was an LG smart phone. It was just a matter of timing: the water was dripping off the roof at a fairly regular pace and splashing directly into the puddle below. There are lots of fascinating things happening all around us, even in something as mundane as a puddle. You just have to notice them.

Your Moms drippy pics are FABulous!!! Ma just got a new smarty phone, cause hers decided to die after four years, so she's discovering all the new features, and I thinks the camera is much better!

  9. I got me some good mud here and there...but its too far to send it to you! A lot of schools were delayed this morning, not for mud, but fur fog...the snow was so cold it was causing fog in the warmer air! Then the glorious sun came out, to melt the snow and make some mud...

It seems like the mud is less impawrtant than the drips and splashings of the water!

Years and years ago, someone growlmy knew was doing a research paper for his PhD on how water drips your pictures look a lot like his did. (She truly cannot remember what the purpose of that research was, something to do with engineering??)
