A Little Snow

Greetings friends and fans. This is The Daily Bone and I'm your ghostwriter.

Over the last week we got a bit of snow. It wasn't much, but it did look pretty clinging to the trees and bushes, and even the blades of grass.

It brought back memories of angels Chester and Joey running in the snowy back yard.

The Evil Squirrel Cartel continues to conduct raids. I had thrown some stale fried noodles out the kitchen window for the birds before it snowed. One squirrel has been finding them under the snow and eating them.

The Double Doggie Homeland Security System would have never stood for that! (Besides chasing that squirrel off the property, they would have eaten those noodles themselves!)

And then, of course, well earned nap would usually follow.

Continued thanks to our dear blogger friends, for keeping all our angels in our minds and hearts. Please check the link below:

  1. Chester and Joey would have never put up with those evil squirrels! How we miss them♥
Your snow is so beautiful. We're getting more rain than snow so far this winter.

  2. This was one of the prettiest snows we've had in a long time with the way it stuck to everything. Since there was no wind it lasted a few days, too. We're sure Angels Chester and Joey were trying to scare that squirrel away.

  3. That's definitely more snow than we have. And you are so right, the trees look beautiful. So nice to see snow memories of Joey and Chester.

  7. GW
Your Angels Joey and Chester are surely smiling and saying WELL done GW on giving all our friends updates on the weather. I bet J and C and all their angel friends are collectively working on a
way to rid the world of the evil Squirrel Cartel
    Hugs Cecilia
PS I saw wispy clouds last week that looked like Angel Wings I thought of Chester.

  8. The snow does look pretty but we get too much of it here. I had to do trails for the dogs in the backyard or Liam would do his business on the deck.

  9. Oh, those snowy scenes sure are pretty!
Those squirrels sure are asking advantage of the lack of any doggy patrols. We could come by and help out, but we didn't go to driving school yet.

  10. I'm so sorry I missed your post about Chester passing. I've always loved his news posts. He was sick about the same time we were dealing with Katy's Cushings before she passed. I'm so glad to hear you are on the same path we are best wishes.
