Greetings friends and fans. This is The Daily Bone and I'm your photo-bombing doggie reporter Chester L. W. Spaniel.
My ghostwriter was trying to take a picture of the very last rose of the year. But when she checked her pictures, she found the camera had focused on ME!!!
We're enjoying some late autumn warm, sunny weather. Usually here in WNY November is cold and gray, and it either rains or snows. In fact, at this time last year we had this:
Picture from 11-5-2019. Brrrrrr! |
Let's not think about that yet. Anyhow, back to the nice sunny day we have today, many of the trees have lost their leaves, but we are not devoid of color and wonder yet!
Hey look.
Those three ditzy squirrels are back!
I don't run after them anymore. I walk.
That's because as soon as they see me, they take off pretty quick. I've got them trained!
Hehehehe.
Good night.
We had a beautiful day here, too, Chester! It was about 72F, and the sun was bright all day.
ReplyDeleteYour pics are lovely, and we liked seeing the milkweed. Maybe they will attract the monarchs next season. Petcretary has found some here, and planted some of their seed to start a patch in our yard.
We love all of your beautiful autumn colors and displays but our favorite photo is the first one. That one is a keeper!
ReplyDeleteWe've been loving this beautiful weather, Chester, and it's going to last a few more days too. You've done a great job training those squirrels to scram when they see you.
ReplyDeleteChester the first photo is quite artsy and unique and GW has great finger eye coordination. What a most gorgeous twofer photo...Well done GW.
ReplyDeleteAs always, I enjoyed your very well organized commentary of the goings on in WNY.
Hugs Cecilia
The rose is beautiful, but it can't hold a candle to you, C. You bring the beauty!
ReplyDeleteLove and licks,
Cupcake
OhMyChester, your Mom has shared some super pretty autumn photos with us today! And you're looking quite spiffy yourself (remember our grand dog, Dougie Dog? ... he says "woof" to you!)
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your outings before the cold comes in.
Hi Chester! Love the pic of the last rose and smiling YOU! We're also having very warm days. Wow, what a difference a from a year ago! Let's hope this gorgeous weather will last for a while!

BOL, Chester! Your mommy's camera knows what to focus on!!!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the beautiful tour through your yard, Chester. The leaves are such pretty colors when all gathered together. And we think that photo with you and the rose is lovely.
ReplyDeleteWoos - Lightning, Misty, and Timber
That picture where the rose photobombed you, is excellent!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your good weather. Thank you for sharing it with us. They are lovely pictures.
ReplyDeleteYou give the best tours, and your photos show the best of the season even with your ditzy squirrels! And I think handsome YOU and that beautiful rose are perfect together!
ReplyDeleteOh my stars I went to YouTube...I had no idea a heron could eat something that large.....
ReplyDeleteHugs Cecilia
Hi friend! Ojo here! Those are beautiful fall things! Also I think you look dashing beside the red rose - of course the camera focused on YOU!
ReplyDeleteYou are a real photobomber! Well done!
ReplyDeleteKlem
Wow!! Your leaves are so beautiful. I think the camera knew you were even cuter than the rose.
