Our New Coats

Greetings everybody. This is The Daily Bone and I'm your hardy doggie 
reporter Chester L. W. Stephens. 



Some of our steadfast readers have been worrying that my sturdy associate Joseph (Joey dog) Stephens and I are not warm enough since we got our drastic haircuts. Don't worry about us! We laugh at cold weather!



Are you worried about the cold, Joey dog? 


Nope. Besides, ghostwriter never stays out longer than a few minutes to take our 
photographs anyway! 

So, I'll race you back to the door!








But seriously, please don't leave your doggie out in the cold for long periods of time.

    You pups make me giggle! I shiver just thinking about having to go outside lately...Brrr!
    Then I run back inside and slip on the way cause growlmy didn't remember to sand the walk...she was too busy blogging and then went to work...and now that she got back, do ya think she's sand it fur me...nope, here she is snooping around in the blogging world! Oh dear...

      Did you see that thick sheet of ice by our back door? Joey slipped a few times on that, so Mom finally got a gardening shovel and broke it up. (Maybe that was because she slipped on it a couple times too!)

    We left a comment and it disappeared:( We don't wear coats in the cold either because we are double coated dogs. But Phantom has to wear one this winter because he is so skinny. He doesn't like it but he is a good boy to let MOm put it on him.

    How we wish we had some of that glorious snow!!!

    We KNEW your mom was making SURE that you didn't FREEZE out there...
    Our mom goes out with us when it is like this... and she hardly gives us time to do our Jobs... she keeps saying hurry boyz... you will freeze your little tootsies... Moms are Like that, yeah they are...
    We really LIKE your furs cuts and your pretty BOW TIES..
