This is a TDB special report. I'm your talented doggie reporter Chester L. W. Spaniel. As you know snow is basically frozen water vapor. And as you also know, we had a ton of snow dumped on us in the last several days. I had a bit of trouble getting through because it was either too deep, too soggy, or it had crusted over and I kept breaking through it. Well, look what I was able to do this morning:
Wow! I could walk on top of it! I had to be very careful, though.
It didn't last long. Within an hour, it had warmed up enough to make the snow all soggy again.
Ghostwriter says today is the first day of Spring, and all the snow will be gone soon.
I don't think I'll be losing any sleep waiting for it!
That's for the report. You sure have lots of snow over there

I hopes you didn't break through the snow top when you left your pee mail! ☺
ReplyDeleteSorry it's not the good kind of snow...the kind you can do super duper zoomies in. Soon my pal, it'll be FABulous mud! BOL
Kisses,

I know you will be happy when it isn't so cold outside. Hope spring arrives at your house soon. ♥
ReplyDeleteOh, I love how you're being all careful on that snow. And I know what you mean. When my friend and I went sledding, we kept stepping through the snow all the time. It was hard going, but quite good fun too.

Happy Spring!
ReplyDeleteWe, of course, have had the same problem around here. It will be good to have the snow gone but then it gets all muddy and our pawrents don't let us play outside much in the mud.
ReplyDeleteBOL, Chester, I don't think you should lose any sleep over the first day of spring. We have had lots of snow, then it melted, then we got more and so on. Have fun playing in the water and mud!
ReplyDeleteOur yard is clear - and we hope that there will be no more snow this year - we have had enough
