Hello. This is The Daily Bone and I’m your diligent doggie reporter Chester L. W. Spaniel.
3-14-15 I would like to submit the results of my inspection of the back yard. As you know, we are looking for mud. However, despite the snow melting somewhat, there is no real genuine mud yet. This is because the ground is still frozen. There are plenty of potential mud sites, though.
3-15-15 We are having some technical difficulties this weekend, so today’s Sludge Report will be posted later today or else tomorrow morning. In the meantime, I did some good running in what’s left of our snow yesterday.
Upon checking facebook, ghostwriter found out that our John ran a marathon yesterday!
Hooray for running!

In our neck of hte woods, the snow is leaving the grass is ugly and v=brown under it, and no flowersare blooming...mud would loosen up the growund to get the grre on again...mabe not in time for St Paddy;s day, but sooner than later!
ReplyDeleteIf you did a bit in the grass where the snow melted, that's a good way to make some nice gooey *mud*!!
We are having sludge season as well. Mom is now insisting on washing my feet every single time I come inside. I say this is cruel and unusual treatment! Have fun in the mud!
