Hello friends and fans everywhere! This is The daily Bone and I'm your diligent doggie reporter Chester L. W. Spaniel on location in our yard.
I have been hunting for mud. With the extra cold weather and the amount of snow we have in our yard, I'm getting a bit worried that I might not have any mud to show by March 23 for "Guys Night Out."
Oh, here's some. But it's not very much. |
This is a bit worrisome. |
Oh, and for some reason, ghostwriter wanted to show the pictures she took of a little puddle with water dripping into it. She said to mention that she used her regular old cell phone camera for these.
Cool splash piccies! Hmm, maybe yu can haul sum portable heaters outside to melt the snow to make sum mud fur yur Guys Night Out shindig.
ReplyDeleteOMD your mom's Drip Drop Pictures are UNBELIEVABLE... they are Gorgeous ...
ReplyDeleteNow don't worry about the mud... there will SOON be PLENTY of it.... We are speaking from Pawsonal experience here.... TODAY it was 54... and we have TONS of the Beautiful Brown stuffs now !!! BE PATIENT...

If you really want some mud, head to our neck of the woods - we have plenty. Mom has locked it up behind some no-sibe fences, but we might be able to figure out a way to get in there.
ReplyDeleteWoos - Phantom, Ciara, and Lightning
It should be warm for the rest of the week, you might score some mud yet!
ReplyDeleteThe water pics are awesome, what type of phone did she use?
The camera was an LG smart phone. It was just a matter of timing: the water was dripping off the roof at a fairly regular pace and splashing directly into the puddle below. There are lots of fascinating things happening all around us, even in something as mundane as a puddle. You just have to notice them.
DeleteI sure hopes you gets LOTS of mud soon guys!! With all that snow meltin', you should gets some REALLY good mud!!!
ReplyDeleteYour Moms drippy pics are FABulous!!! Ma just got a new smarty phone, cause hers decided to die after four years, so she's discovering all the new features, and I thinks the camera is much better!
Kisses,
Ruby ♥
Wow...those are very cool droplets!! We hope that water spreads to the grass and makes you some mud soon!!!

I got me some good mud here and there...but its too far to send it to you! A lot of schools were delayed this morning, not for mud, but fur fog...the snow was so cold it was causing fog in the warmer air! Then the glorious sun came out, to melt the snow and make some mud...
ReplyDeleteIt seems like the mud is less impawrtant than the drips and splashings of the water!
Years and years ago, someone growlmy knew was doing a research paper for his PhD on how water drips your pictures look a lot like his did. (She truly cannot remember what the purpose of that research was, something to do with engineering??)
We love the dripping water shots, Chester!
ReplyDeleteLove ya lots♥

Licks,
Cobi
Pee Ess That is a good, guy-leg-lift you've got going there. Perhaps that counts for guys night out?
I'm gonna work on sending you some rain cos that might help your snow and ice go and the mud show.
