ReplyDeleteI do hope you got all the squirrels out of the Christmas tree!!
I still have possums in the tree in my garden, but after reading your post I did a quick check of the Christmas tree too and I'm happy to report it's all clear!
Lots of licks, your good friend Morrie!
We missed that in the paper but that's probably because our mom usually reads it online.
ReplyDeleteOMG! That would be epic if squirrels were living in the tree the whole time it was in your house. Yikes. Once Mom cut down a Christmas tree and after it was in the house for a few days, MOTHS hatched out of a moth nest IN THE HOUSE!! Gross.
ReplyDeleteLove and licks,
Cupcake
I would have never thought to check for squirrels in the tree! Our squirrels live very high up in huge nests in hardwood trees.
ReplyDeleteWe did once have a baby squirrel in our front room...running along the curtain rod...wowee! His/her pawrents were not helping it al all...but it got out on its own, and we have not evfur seen another...hopefully not in any of our Christmas trees, either.
