Now For Some Good News

Hello everyone. This is The Daily Bone and I'm your diligent doggie reporter Chester L. W. Spaniel along with my erudite associate Joseph (Joey dog) Spaniel.

It seems we've had a run of bad luck at our house lately, with ghostwriter and Joey dog both getting sick. Well, now it seems they're both feeling better. So maybe it would be nice to have some good news today.

On Sunday our favorite miniature human, Ryan, and his Mom and Dad came over for a short visit and some pizza. Our Joanna human (Ryan's Auntie) dropped by too. She brought Ryan some giant sticks of chalk and took him out to the driveway to make pictures.

Ryan is going on vacation with his Mom and Dad, and will be flying inside a big airplane, just like the picture below! Wow!

We see jets flying up in the sky all the time because we live not far from the airport.

Ryan and his parents had a safe flight yesterday. Here's the view from the cabin where they're staying in the Smokey Mountains. Wow!

We have a some pictures from our TDB affiliates, in case you're wondering about them. Our North Carolina reporter Angus B. Terrier's been taking it easy this summer.

So has our Florida Associate Miss Charlee …

… unless yum yums magically appear.

Oh, and Miss Charlee also reports that it's iguana season in Boca Raton! Can you spot them hiding in the grass in this photo?

Here's a picture of our Joanna's kitty cats. Maddie is just about fed up with Tibie stalking her wherever she goes!

Sigh. He's behind me, isn't he?

That's all the happy stuff I can think of right now.

Joey dog's been sleeping almost all day. When he wakes up he seems kind of disoriented. That's a bit worrisome. I'm going to keep a close watch on him. Good night.

  3. Thanks for sharing your good news. Luv Ryan's airplane. I've never been out of Canada but those Smokey Mountains look like they have lots of good places for dogs.
