Hello. This is The Daily Bone and I'm your hardy doggie reporter Chester L. W. Spaniel along with my esteemed colleague Joseph (Joey dog) Spaniel. Happy first day of March!
We're under a winter storm watch right now. Ghostwriter's weather app had this polite message on it: It will be snowy in the evening, so you may want to come home early. Ghostwriter says, wouldn't we all love to come home early whenever it snows a bit? Haha! Where she works, a storm warning would be accompanied by, anyone want to pull a double shift in case the night crew can't make it in?
But let's not be too hasty in our judgement. You never know what the weather will do in
Western NY in March!

In other news, our associate in North Carolina, Angus B. Terrier found some flowers growing in the woods today on his daily spring watch and exercise campaign.
These are called Lenten roses.
Hi guys! |
These are called Lenten roses.
I was just about to give them a sniff when, there was a squirrel …
Meanwhile, our Florida Associate Miss Charlee reported in today too.
She says it's been good fishing weather. A bit cloudy …
… with a chance of alligators!
Yipes!
And now, we have a general service announcement for the Stodgy Robin Society. Our stock of hawthorn berries is getting low, but there are still plenty to eat if you look hard enough.
There is no need for this kind of threat:
We now go outside to look for signs of an approaching storm.
It seems nice enough out. A bit cold, muddy, and windy.
The weather app message now says: Snow is expected in the evening, so be careful if you're outside.
Yeah right.
Yippeeeeeeee! Bring it on! |
For our last story we'd like to show you what the moon looked like at two o'clock this morning.
To my dearest Princess Leah, I tried to stay up real late last night waiting to see the moon so we could talk. Unfortunately, I fell asleep around midnight!
We hope you get that snow but not until after Ghostwriter gets home safely:)
