TeeHeeHee..Jakey used to get VERY upset during storms...but since he's gotten older(and harder of hearing) he is like you Chester...He doesn't even realize there is one going on BOL! xoxo, Rosy, Jakey & Arty
LOL! Chester used to bark at thunder, but these days he couldn't be bothered anymore! Joey dog would go and sleep in the bathroom during storms. I don't remember our two girlies, Ginger and Charisma, ever reacting to storms at all. I guess everyone's different!
We don't gets many thunder storms here, butts when we do, I tend to bark at them, then go back to sleep. I do NOT likes when the power goes off though....then I tend to freak out. ☺ sweet dreams my furiend Kisses, Ruby ♥
This is what you would call "blow the man (er, pup) down", you know Chester, they don't bother me one itty bitty bit either! We be strong dogs, right! Dougie Dog
Chester you are the poster pup for how to react to Thunder....purrsonally I could take a few lessons. It still scares me EVEN though I know it is coming and the lightning sends me into orbit Well done my friend Hugs Cecilia PS I hope the storms are over for a while
We don't bother too much with those storms, maybe cause we are from Texas where they are really loud and bad? We got smashed in our local...many peeps have been without power since Wednesday. Trees are down all over the place. It was like the storm decided to target Battle Creek:(
We ourselves, thankfully, are not much affected, since we live north of the city, though there are sporadic outages around us. And petcretary's workplace is doing fine too. No virus and lots of power! The shopping district is shut down mostly, not from virus anymore, but from no power.
I was the one who was always scared of thunder and lightning. Especially as it hit only a few houses away when I was in my early teens. It was the same room as mine and ever since I took a mattress and moved to my sister's room whenever I heard the beginnings of a storm. More often than not, she had never heard a thing and nor had my parents. Still not fond of them, although I do stay in my own room now...
Storms don't bother me at all but the one time a tornado went by oh Chester I was going down the basement steps faster than Lee which I never go down by myself. Have a good rest. Sweet William The Scot
We're glad to see that you slept through the storm last night Chester. We had some rain but not much in the way of booms and we never lost power.
ReplyDeleteGlad to see you can handle storms. It's been rather stormy here lately. We are not so calm during the storm.
ReplyDeleteI hope you weren't scared. You do look pretty comfortable and at ease.
ReplyDeleteYou are so lucky that you are not bothered by this scary stuffs, Chester. I don't like storms at all.
