In case you're wondering, I hired Mr. Bones Daily to help ghostwriter and me with The Daily Bone. But I'm having a hard time figuring out what he can do for us. I thought that since he looks kind of rakish, he might help us with all those leaves in the back yard.
When I looked out to see his progress, he was just sitting around.
Hey Bones, what are you doing? I thought you were going to rake the leaves.

| Hey leaves! Get down here so I can rake you all up! |
I'll just wait a while and see what happens.
When I went out again and checked on his progress later, it looked like he was asleep on the job!

A few hours later:

| Yoo-hoo Chester! I did the raking! |
No you didn't! Ghostwriter raked up half of them. Then Dad picked up the rest with the lawnmower.
You'd better look out Bones! Dad won't be very happy about you taking credit for all that work! In fact, I heard he's planning on grilling something for dinner.

Don't worry Bones. We would never cook you for dinner! Even if you lied about raking up the leaves.

BOL - great comedy relief on a very tense night:) Is that all from one tree???? That is an incredible amount of leaves. That looks like a deeper cover of leaves than what we got for snow last year:)
